Etched in Stone with Liz Rackl

Diamonds are brilliant, but no where near as dazzling as the beautiful designs they cut into granite.

Liz Rackl

Join us at Meinders Community Library as we welcome local artist Liz Rackl and her beautiful granite etchings.

At 6:30pm on Monday, April 9, Liz will share her artistic journey and demonstrate how granite can become a canvas. Aided by a diamond cutter and an intense love of nature, Liz has used her Southwest Minnesota Arts and Humanities Council Legacy Grant to open up a whole new world of creative expression and art appreciation.

If you love beautiful things, want to explore a new craft, or are simply interested in the unique and talented individuals in Southwestern Minnesota, please stop by the library for this one-of-a-kind program.
