Meinders Reminders

Indoor Mask Use Strongly Encouraged~ CDC.

We continue to offer curbside pick up for our patrons. To access this service, call, email, or use our online catalog to place materials on hold. Let us know the day you plan to pick them up.

Event Calendar

Stories on the Square Series: participate in our family friendly events throughout the summer and enjoy treats, entertainment, and interactive fun. Events sponsored by Pipestone Area Friends of the Library with presenter grants from the Minnesota Arts and Cultural Heritage Funds. Stories on the Square programs begin at 6pm. Bring a blanket or chair if you’d like.

  • June 13: Music with (tik tok sensation) JamesG @ SW Park
  • July 12: Share your ink during Tell Me a Tattoo Story @ Harmon Park
  • August 9: Campfire stories with children’s author Jaqueline West @ Southwest Park

Events hosted at Meinders Community Library

  • Summer Reading Program: read your way through summer and earn prizes using our Bingo cards
  • Tuesday Story Times @ 10:30am with the amazing Miss Emily
  • Thursday July 21 @10am: Siama’s Congo Roots music program
  • July 29 @ 2pm: Paul Bunyan: Loggin, Legends, & Lore
  • August 11 @ 5:30pm: eat, play, and win at Games & Grub

Pedal to the Metal: create one-of-a-kind metal sculptures at this traveling foundry on August 23 at Westview Park. Light lunch provided by PAFL from 11am-2pm.
